SIPMA S.A. is situated at ul. Budowlana 26 in Lublin, in a place which has good transport connections with the city centre. The company which owns a nine-storey office building offers over 2,000 m2 of space to let for offices. Our building gained a strong interest in the prestigious Contest "Crystal Brick". For those interested we have attractive space, which comprises smaller or larger offices. Additionally, we have a training room, equipped with modern educational equipment and an Internet connection.

We also have our own telephone switchboard, which allows for assigning direct numbers to particular users. We can also connect the telephone lines through all operators providing telecommunication services. The building has a well-stocked bar, which offers a rich menu. The offer also covers the professional organization of parties and banquets. In front of the building there is a closed car park and there is a bus stop in the vicinity. Both the surroundings and the building are monitored twenty-four seven.
