SIPMA S.A. has a rich machinery, which allows us to deliver industrial-scale services in machining, including CNC cutting on BEHRINGER cut-off machines enabling the preparation of semi-finished products with diameter up to 400 mm, turning complex shaped parts on numerical milling machines, horizontal and vertical, from such reputable companies as DMF (Gildermeister Group), CHIRON, HASS and OKUMA.

We also offer gear hobbing, pull broaching holes and slots for inlets on horizontal and vertical broaching machines, rolling threads and splines on GROOB rolling mills as well as grinding surfaces, holes with diameters from 20 to 200 mm and shafts up to 1000 mm long.

Application of modern, numerical technology in combination with wide possibilities of machine tools, allowing the use up to 60 cutting tools during one cycle, without removing the mounted part, can provide high accuracy and significantly reduce total time of production, while maintaining full machining efficiency.
