The consolidation of these companies, reflecting the world tendencies enabled the company to achieve the synergy effect. In addition, the use of outsourcing helped raise and maintain high quality in many areas of the companies’ activity. As a result, the SIPMA GROUP reached world level in the production of agricultural machinery.
