A Power Cut system in round balers consists in cutting the collected material before baling enabling better chamber filling and a higher baling pressure - this improves silage process that will guarantee the best quality silage. Fodder prepared by the balers with knives is better digested by farm animals and considerably facilitates process of bale shredding in feeder mixer wagons.
A remote controller monitors the operation of crucial baler elements, controls the regularity of chamber filling, starts the binding process automatically, indicates the currently performed operation and the number of bales and releases the brakes of the net binding device.
Using 11 chopping knives provides higher density of the bale – about 15-20%, creates ideal ensilaging conditions and improves the economics of harvesting. The system of easy disassembly of chosen knives allows you to quickly adjust the length of the material being cut, by changing the number of knives (10 cm is the widest setting). There is an option of hydraulically hidden knives, when you don’t want to use the chopping unit.
An individual knife overload protection – protects the chopping unit against stones or other bodies that might damage it (the knives hide), increases the durability of the machine.
A "non-stop" chain lead and stretch system (the chain does not stop during bale discharging) – increases the durability of the machine. The use of reinforced chain design ensures a longer operation life and higher stress resistance.
A synchronized mechanical lock ensures simultaneous closing of both chamber’s locks, increases the bale density and the productivity.
An integrated net and twine binding device gives you a choice of optimal harvest technology for a given material, allowing a net, a single or a double twine binding with stepless adjustable number of wraps.
A wide angle PTO shaft with an automatic clutch allows for making tight turns without disengaging the machine, increases its durability and productivity.
Wide tires in standard provide the opportunity to work in wetlands and peat.
