SIPMA S.A. became a sponsor of an art competition for pupils of Primary Schools from countryside "How can you help safely your parents, which threats do I see in the parents' farm” organized by Regional Office of Agricultural Social Insurance Fund in Lublin together with District Labour Inspectorate in Lublin under the media patronage of Radio Lublin. In the competition 88 beautiful works were presented, made by pupils from 20 primary schools from the whole Lublin region. There were 6 laureates and 14 works were noticed . The laureates were prized in the ceremonial competition summary, which took place in 4 December 2009 in the KRUS office.
Since 01.09.2009 SIPMA S.A. continues a co-operation begun by LFMR S. A. with KRUS in the "Action of shafts’ guards exchange" for farmers, using PTO shafts of the LFMR brand. In 2009 those actions were carried in the KRUS Regional Offices in Kielce, Cracow, Lublin, Łódź, Poznan, Rzeszów and Warsaw. During the exchanges the SIPMA S.A. workers carry out the instructions demonstrations in the area of proper selection and assembling a proper guard in a PTO shaft. In the year 2010 this kind actions will be continued by SIPMA S.A. and KRUS.

The research of the condition of Polish enterprises was carried by the monthly “Polish market” in cooperation with the Institute of Economics of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
SIPMA S.A. has been classified on the 55th place, among 155 big companies from the whole country and as a leader in the Lublin region. Moreover, SIPMA S.A. has been ranked on the first place among the branch enterprises, which makes the result of our company even more impressive.
Sipma S.A. has become one of four companies in Poland entitled to use the “White Certificate”. It is an award for enterprises which act according to ethic principles, achieve high competition level and actively participate in social life.
104 industrial enterprises from every part of Poland have taken part in this project. The study on ethic level in the companies has been conducted through opinion polls among employees and management. The survey has been carried out two times – at the beginning of 2007 and in September 2008. The comparison of the results allowed selecting only four enterprises from across the country, which fulfil the conditions of the “White Certificate”.

The Final Gala of the “AGRO POLSKA” contest was held on the 30th May 2008, at the castle in Lancut. One of the prize-winners at the contest was Z-583 bale wrapper, manufactured by SIPMA S.A. The awards – the diploma and the statuette – received personally the President of the SIPMA S.A. Management Board – Leszek Kępa.

On the 18th March 2008 the representative of the CESSNA Aircraft Company Rick Downs together with the representatives of PZL Świdnik, conducted a control audit in SIPMA S.A. The scope of the audit encompassed laser cutting of the elements for PZL Świdnik. The elements are later assembled in the subassemblies, installed in the CESSNA aeroplanes. The auditors confirmed that the realization of the laser cutting service for PZL Świdnik is performed according to the agreement and earlier arrangements. The representative of the CESSNA company expressed a very positive opinion about SIPMA S.A.

Received Certificates are the testimonies that SIPMA S.A. manufactures goods of high quality, the production takes place in safe and healthy conditions and basing on law regulations on environment protection.

Quality System acc to ISO 9001 has been applied and improved in SIPMA S.A. since 1997. Certificate validity for the System applied has been extended by Certification Unit until 2010.

The fact that only 55 companies have been chosen in every province testifies that this group is the elite. Between January and March SIPMA S.A. team took part in the XI Indoor Football Championship of Lublin Factories.
Our team acquitted itself well and won III place in the second league advancing directly to the premiere league. Additionally, our footballers took part in the tournament “Masters 2007” in Górnik Łęczna hall which finished the winter indoor season and won V place there. During Polish Championship in the indoor football of the metal companies which took place in Cracow SIPMA S.A. team took the V place. There were 24 teams participating from all parts of Poland. Our team lost just in the quarter-final with the later Polish Champion WSK PZL Świdnik. Except from the estimated V place, SIPMA S.A. was chosen a FAIR PLAY team of the whole Championship. Our team got also the award for its best player.

Starting from July 2006 SIPMA S.A. accomplishes an investment project named “Purchase of new generation appliances for agriculture machines production” that was qualified by Ministry of Economy to be co-financed from the funds of Operational Sector Program – Increase of Enterprises Competitiveness within the sub-action 2.2.1. “Support for enterprises making new investments with financial participation of European Union”. Within the project machining centers, CNC machines, designing programming, 3D measuring devices and laser contour band saws of the newest generation will be purchased. Appropriate agreement between Ministry of Economy and SIPMA S.A. was signed on 30.01.2006.
We want to inform all of our customers and suppliers that the next audit of ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System carried out in SIPMA S.A. on 27-28 March, 2006 was ended with full success. The audit was carried out by TÜV Rheinland Polska Certification Unit. Quality System according to ISO 9001 has been applied and improved in SIPMA S.A. since 1997. We regret to inform that on 13th November, after grave illness, died Mr Stanislaw Weglarz, chairman of SIPMA S.A. Board of Supervisors, a great man, social worker and first of all meritorious activist of NSZZ “Solidarność” in the most difficult period of the trade union. The funeral will take place on 18 November at 2.00 p.m. in the Lublin cemetery, Lipowa street.

SIPMA S.A. introduces two new products in the simple and unexpensive segment of machines. These are: round baler with hydraulic lock of rear frame and a stationary wrapping machine. CLASSIC series - simple, reliable machines for everyone.
This year, at Poznań Trade Fair a product of SIPMA S.A. traditionally won a golden medal. This time it was for technical innovations in round baler with cutter - Power Cut Z-590/1.
We would like to invite you for International Poznań Trade Fair Polagra-Farm 2003, that will take place on 9-12 October. The stand will be situated in Hall 5. We will present there our newest products for example round baler with cutter. Moreover, at our stand there will be:

During a really interesting, however unlucky season, our team won the third place in the first division. If not contusions (nine racers had crashes) promotion to the highest league was very probable.
SIPMA S.A. office building was offered to “DOM 2003” contest for the best architectural investment in Lublin region.The first prize is a Crystal Brick. Despite a strong competition we hope to win one of the top places. Results will be annouced in September.
